Presenters
Jessica Santos
Jessica Santos oversees Gold FM's Human Resources and Finance, ensuring the station operates efficiently behind the scenes. With a strong focus on people, financial management, and organisational excellence, she plays a vital role in supporting the team and helping the station continue to grow and serve the community.
Stephan Theunissen
His radio journey started at Gold FM all the way back in November 2021. Although he has no permanent slot at the moment Stephan is always ready to stand-in and help where needed on air. Daily he is serving up some salty treats as director of Welkom Biltong bar and keeping busy with various projects of his own. If it feels like he looks familiar, he’s actually been featured on TV several times in his life. Interacting and being entertaining is what he loves most about radio and making you feel part of something special.
Themba Mayekiso
Themba started his radio career back in 2017. Fun fact about him is that he hosted nearly every show except Arina’s. His favourite thing about radio is the people, of course. He loves when he can impart some knowledge unto somebody whether it be a quick fact or something informative. What many may not know, is that he loves to sing and is actually good at it.
Jaco Venter
Jaco is that Cool Uncle you go to for a nice chat, the best rock music recommendations, and a good laugh. On Air he is the life of the party, literally, catch him Saturdays when with his Party Starter from 17:00 – 20:00 and on Sundays he will be kicking it Country with the Country Jukebox from 12:00 – 15:00
Jackie Heyman
Jackie Heyman brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a vibrant personality to Gold FM's Saturday Breakfast Show or better known as “Jou Saterdag”. With a passion for connecting with listeners, she delivers engaging conversations, uplifting music, and the latest updates to help kick-start every morning. Her friendly approach and positive energy make waking up with Gold FM a highlight of the day.
Raymond Kelly
He started his career in radio alongside Gold FM all the way back at Welkom Square but has done presenter work for almost 15 years already. Fun fact about Raymond is that he always has a joke to tell and 10 to spare. His favourite thing about radio is the interaction between all the listeners and of course his love for music.
Arina Bosch
Arina started her radio career 20+ years ago. She joined the Gold FM team when it first started. When she is not entertaining you with the sound of gold, she is also a beauty consultant. Fun fact about Arina is that she always matches her outfit to her accessories making her our in-house style icon. What she loves most about radio is talking and sharing a piece of her with all her listeners.
Ryan Ellis
Ryan loves 80’s music and is a big fan of rock. When he is not cooking up some breakfast during the week with Raymond, you will most likely find him somewhere fishing. He loves the people and shares his love of rock music with anybody with an ear to listen.
Francois Malan
Start your day with Francois Malan, the voice behind Gold FM's Coffee & Chaos alongside Karmini Visser. Bringing energy, engaging conversations, the latest news, great music, and plenty of laughter, Francois keeps listeners informed and entertained every weekday morning. His warm personality and passion for connecting with the community make breakfast the perfect way to start the day.
Louis van Aswegen
Louis van Aswegen is an integral part of Gold FM's technical and production team. From producing professional radio advertisements and compiling music playlists to managing outside broadcasts, he helps ensure the station delivers a seamless listening experience. His technical expertise and attention to detail keep Gold FM sounding its very best.
Karmini Visser
The youngest of our Golden Bunch, Karmini enjoys community projects and loves music. She loves the individuality of each show giving presenters the opportunity to share a bit of themselves. Although she is multi-talented, she is also very humble. You can catch her every weekday from 06:00 – 09:00 when she serves you breakfast on the Coffee & Chaos Breakfast Show alongside Francois Malan.
Karla Bosch
Karla Bosch brightens the late morning airwaves with her engaging personality and love for great music. As the host of Gold FM's popular Oggend kuier alongside Arina Bosch, she keeps listeners company with entertaining conversations, community stories, and a carefully selected soundtrack that makes every weekday more enjoyable. Her genuine warmth and passion for radio create the perfect companion for your morning.
Caria Kahts
Cool, Cooler, Caria! Caria is a vet in the radio world starting her career back in 2012. She has been with Gold FM since 2018. When she is not your go-to lunch date, she is busy with advertising and very involved with community projects. Fun fact about Caria is that she can give tattoo’s. She loves the people and to her, listeners are like family.

Suzanne van Jaarsveldt plays a key role in Gold FM's programming, technical operations, and production.
